I bought four diecast shelves. Great part of my diecast collection is either in the original packaging or stored in boxes, so soon it will be time for they to see the sun again! And since I've got the finest couple of parents of the world ever saw, I'll put my 1:43 Brazilian diecast car collection in my house's living room. By now I have around 50 1:43 miniatures, but when the deAgostini collection ends I'll have 78 replicas of brazilian cars.
The other shelves are for 1:64, and they sum up to 302 spaces. I'll need much more of those, since I collect diecasts for 14 years and I have something around 1500 miniatures to store. When they arrive, and when I "park" all those cars in its spaces, I'll photodump!
Pics related. I've got some pictures of the only shelf I have, with 60 spaces, as well as one of my boxes. Good times are coming.

Where did you get the shelves?!?! I have a couple hundred that I want to display myself. (And a couple hundred to sell if you want to add to your nice collection).

There are some people who make it in Brazil. I bought from a guy from Curitiba who makes those.
A quick search on ebay for "diecast display case" came up with many options. They're great for storing and displaying the diecasts, while protecting them from dust.

How did you get a box of individually wraped cars like this? Or is this just part of your stored collection?

I bought them in Brazil, from a guy from Curitiba who makes them. but search eBay for "diecast display case" or "diecast display shelf". You can find many flavors of shelfs, just buy your favorite!

This is just my stored muscle cars. I bought over a thousand of those plastic wrappers, and I wrapped every single diecast I have.

It was more like a father-and-son work. My father also collects with me, so it was a breeze to pack them all.
Well, we didn't really felt the time flying, butif I recall correctly, it took an entire afternoon...
